I am planning on picking up a Kubota RTV-X1120D, but one minor drawback is a lack of driver's legroom for someone tall like me (6'1"), so it's a tight fit and my foot is sideways when on the brake and throttle pedals. I have looked at a few other UTVs in the past, and they are all pretty short on legroom for the driver. Are any significantly better than others? I love everything about the Kubota other than this issue.

My Kawasaki Mule 4000 is also tight.
I am not that tall and it is the only complaint I have with the machine.

6' with a 12 1/2 foot. Love my RTV 900, it's the older one but it's probably even smaller in the foot well.

With the Kubota you won't need the brake anyway.

Gator 825's are also snug on leg room....you're going to have a huge list of cross offs on this topic I think, seems most UTVs aren't built for the long legged....it's one of the times it's good to be under 6'

Yeah, I was also thinking that foot size is not working in my favor -- size 11.5, and workbooks are the norm when I am working on my property.

I'm about your size and have no problem with my Yamaha Rhino.

I am 6 foot and have a Kubota X900. With its tilt steering wheel and adjustable seat I find it fine. I'd like to have the seat slide back one more notch, but it can't. After a year I have found it large enough and comfortable. The high headroom makes it easy to find a comfortable position and getting in behind the wheel.

I'm 6'-2" We like our Atlas though the legroom isn't extravagant. If you really like the Hydrostatic drive you could take a look at the polaris Brutus. I liked the one I drove, didn't feel cramped but my wife didn't like that drive setup and she's the primary operator of our unit so I deferred on that item.

Yep, I have a Rhino and an RTV900. The Rhino definitely sits the best. But for work use, there's no comparison. The RTV could easily haul the Rhino around. Or in this case, a bale of hay. Excuse me Derek for posting your pic :)

I didn't like the seating in the RTV at first. But I've gotten used to it. If I was buying an RTV just to cruise around in with the heat/AC and radio on I'd probably not be happy. But I work mine like a truck/tractor so don't pay much attention to seating comfort anymore.

6'3" RTV owner here. Same complaint.
It works but is uncomfortable at times. Especially if your spending time looking behind you. Hate the location of the ignition switch and the fact that you can turn it off with your knee accidentally.

That all said I've gotten used to it and it is an absolute beast of a machine. Plows snow like nobody's business.
