Hi folks, I'm new to this forum as I'm experiencing my 1st issue with my lil' Kioti after owning it for 10 years.
My brake 'sticks' anytime that I use it. I either use my heel or reach down w/ hand to pull it back and it releases.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Does your LB have grease nipples in the pivot like my DK? If so, have they been lubed?

I'm going to trace everything that I can[moving part-wise] hopefully this evening to see what all there is. I'm uncertain but don't think that there are grease nipples. It has done this in the past but w/use it would stop on it's own. That isn't the case this time and between hunting season and the holidays I just haven't had time. Need to do something before any snows arrive!
Thanks

Look closely under the right foot panel; I believe you'll find a grease zerk on the tube through which your brake shaft operates, at least there is one on my 3054

Thanks for the replies, as soon as I can either get home in daylight hours from work or the weekend arrives I will figure this deal out and either grease or lubricate if there are no fittings.
Now on to my next issue: Front tires[industrial style] won't hold air anymore in the cold months[even when just sitting]. They are about 10 years old and I've never punctured them. Tread is decent. Put inner-tubes in them? Or replace? Inner-tubes scare me as I am always clearing land which leaves small sapling stumps everywhere but as mentioned above-I've never punctured one. Experiences with tubes??

Thanks

If the tires are good try the tubes first.
I have a tube in 1 front tire due to a small cut in the sidewall.
I put a tube in several years ago and have had no issues since.

It might be worth changing out the valve stems (cheap and easy) before you try the hard stuff.
