Mowing Lawn Mowing

My eldest Son broke his leg last week so we all ganged up on his lawn Sunday. Awwww,, nothing like relaxing in the shade with a cool beverage after a couple hours of gang mowing!!! Machines involved were his ole JD420 w/60" mmm and Honda engine upgrade. Other Son's JD 4300 w/72" LandPride RFM, my Kubota B2910 w/60" mmm and my JD455 w/54" mmm. Two of my Son's live on adjoining property and together have about 7 acres of mowing, about half of which is thru big oak timber. No big deal when you are taking over 20 feet per cut!!!!

My wife and i mow our 2.33 acres with a BX23 60'' mower and a BX1500 48'' mower.
Our 3.86 foot of mower width per acre beats your 2.92 feet of mower width per acre.

LB, using your math, my wife and I mow 3 acres with 114" of mowers which comes to 3.16 foot of mower width per acre so you still win..

Yeah But!
There had to be 2 or more tractors drivers and mowers .
He only had 1 of each.

I'm my current state of construction, I have only about 1/2 acre of actual lawn to mow, and have a 48" mower on my G1800S. So, I have 8 feet or mower width per acre --- that beats you by a factor of two. Oh, wait, I have a 60" quick-detach deck for my B7100HST, so thats 11 feet of deck for 22 feet of mower width per acre, 7X times bigger than your 'Botas, and still 1 1/2 feet bigger than your entire fleet
