Land plane parts source recommendations?

I'm gathering parts for a landplane/grading scraper for skid steer use. The steel is no issue.
I need to identify "best" sources for serrated blades as well as solid cutting blades.
Titan seems to be the best solid blade source I've found (I have had good blades from them) .
I have inquiries out for serrated blades bo no responses to dates.

Also what's the "best value" source you have found for ripper shanks?

Go to your county road commission shop and see if they have old grader blades or plow blades. Should be cheap or free. May have to use a plasma cutter or grinder to make the serrated blade
