Hello Guys. I have a home on 15 acres. 5 is finished/manicured lawn, the rest is brush hogged. I also have 1/2 mile of asphalt between the driveway and the paved area around my outbuilding. Currently, I'm paying someone to mow the manicured part weekly, plus paying $450/cut for brush hogging, $1500/season for snow removal, etc.. I'm growing tired of paying others and getting inconsistent/poor results, so I'm in the market for a SCUT -- and likely a zero turn.

I've found a 2005 Kubota 4330HSTC - it's the cab model, heat - a/c, FEL, etc. A local business purchased it to, of all things, power a chipper to break down promotional materials and so forth. It has less than 200 hours and looks brand new. I believe I have a deal negotiated at $20k.

It comes with the chipper and a back blade.

Does this seem like a reasonable deal and is there anything I should look out for? It seems like it would be more than up to the challenge for what I need.

Thanks in advance!

That's more than enough tractor to hog 10 acres and snow removal.

Price seems decent. Has it been stored inside?

Thanks for the reply! Yes, it's only been used/stored in a warehouse.

Thanks again.

What Bluegill said, I just traded my 2003 L5030 HST in with a little over 1300 hours on it and it was very reliable tractor.
