L4300-anyone?

Does anyone has some experience with the L4300? There is a choice of two FEL: LB552 and LB682. I need a tractor for general use to maintain the property we recently bought and which is 640 acres, mainly bush. 3/4 driveway(snow cleaning), a three acres lawn and approximately a 50 acres brush to be cleared and maintained. The L4300 seems to be a powerfull no frills tractor at a decent price.

Gurt, isn't that one so new that no one's had time to try them out? Of course, the L4310 has been around for awhile. I don't know what the cost difference is, but the L4300 should be a fine tractor if you want just a basic model, manual transmission, etc. I sure would recommend you get the DT (4WD).

I thought the 4300 was the tractor that was replaced by the L4310.

According to the Kub web-site, the L4300 is new.

That would be the L4200 (replaced by L4310).
