The pictures don't really let you see just how bright they are.Purchased from amazon for $168.00 for the front and $103 for the rear lights. Very easy install i used the existing wires and switches and just tied into them..

I just put two 27watt on the front of mine and thought they are quite bright...180 watt has to be like day-light!

27 watt is what is on the rear of my tractor and they are very bright indeed. And yes the 180 watt lights on the front may be overkill.Ijust hope in the summer they don't attract so many bugs that i won't be able to see how to drive.. lol

Sure does look nice, I thought of replacing my work lights with LED's. I see your in Ky so it may not apply for you, which is good. I think here in the Northeast, in a snow storm that light would make it a whiteout for the operator and imposable to plow snow when snowing heavily. That is when I like to be out the most when the snow is coming down at night. I may be wrong, but I would think it would be like driving in fog with your high beams on. I would like to hear from others how they work in falling snow?
I guess you could just shut them off in that case and use the tractor headlights.

Nice looking install, but that looks too low to be most effective. I'd like to mount lights over the cab, but then they would get torn off in the woods.

Very nice, I bet those will give you more than enough light.

waxman, i have a 2006 l4330hstc, i live in NH, no issues with led work lights on rear, however, i removed the front work lights and installed HID, they warm up ,no issues with snow building up etc, no issues with heavy blowing snow, and have had no issues on the rear leds, by the way nice job on the led marker lights !

Ok sounds good, Thanks for that information, I will keep the LED's upgrade as an option. Thanks on the marker lights.

Dale,

2 questions:

Do you have links to Amazon for the lights?

Did you have to rewire to a larger gauge wire to run the 180 watt lights?

Thank you

Hi Dale

Great set up! I just took delivery of my L3560 not too long ago and want to get the same light set up. I went online to the link you posted and the front light bar looks to be only 59.00 now I know you said it was like 160.00 I want to make sure I get the right one....Could the price have come down that much or is is a different light? If you could take a look and let me know I would appreciate it. Also do you think I could run the same large light off the back?

Thanks Again!

BTR: the prices for LED lights have fallen, and if you buy from a reputable, US seller, or thru Amazon, which will provide consumer protection, you shouldn't have to worry. I have probably purchased 18-20 different lights for our own tractors and a friend's needs, and I don't think one of them has had any issues or failed to deliver good performance. Different sources, all cheap, all seemingly the same quality.

180W is a LOT of light for LEDs- you could probably thread a needle 25 feet in front of your tractor with that one. Just don't forget that it will be nominally 15 amps.

Got a 32 curved led light bar, said amp was under 9. Wired it with a 15 amp fuse and no problems yet.
