L35 Kubota Backhoe

Hi I had a post on hear about my L35 the front wheels were locking up. I had to take it to get repaired. They said the main differential shaft was missing 2 teeth. So far I have close to $500 in parts. I'm not sure how much I'll get charged for labor. Just wanted to keep you guys posted. thanks

One of the things that always bothers me when I hear stuff like "missing 2 teeth" is where did the teeth go?

I know for sure they didn't just disappear. There are probably a lot of hardened metal pieces in the differential. It needs to be cleaned out/flushed out.

The teeth were in the differential housing and the reason the wheels were locking up was because the broken teeth were getting stuck in the gears when I was driving the tractor. Sorry they didnt disappear. I meant they broke off.
