I thought R4 were the turf tires? Did you mean swap them for the Ag (R1) tires?

Ag tires are R1.
Turf tires are R3.
Industrial tread tires are R4.

I'm glad a club member got it. Maybe, out of gratitude, he will do some projects for other club members

Well I hope that's all it is but I don't think so. One of our club members bought it for 5K. Here's hoping he got a **** of a good tractor for **** of a good price .

It was worth that much even if he doesn't get it running. The tires and loader combined are worth half of that.

Do not see insurance mentioned in any aspect. Did you all verify there was no insurance on the tractor? I would think an organization such as yours would have some forms of insurance, you might have it on the tractor also.
