I have a B3030 with a cab I have looked at the L3240 and like it but not sure it would be worth it to up grade Anyone know if there is that much difference?

They are 2 different animals. The 3240 is much heavier with more frills. Depends what you want to use it for. Go to Kubota.com and compare the specs..

I had a B7800 which I traded to a L3240HST which I traded to a B3200. The L3240 is twice the weight, sits a lot higher with much bigger tires, more FEL powerand capacity and has about the same HP.
What are you expecting the difference or upgrade to be?

The B3030 compared to the Grand L 3240 is like night and day. As the others have said before me, weight and a much bigger sized tractor, it would be like comparing the B3030 to a SCUT. Now both are great tractor it just matters what your needs and tasks are, decisions, decisions.

No question the L is much more tractor but also remember it has the same HP so it will seem underpowered for some tasks. It all depends what you need.

I am hoping for a little wider wheel base to have a backhoe on and I think the cab is roomer but I maybe better to put hoe on mine and save money

If that is what you are after then the l3240 is much better.:thumbsup:
