L3130 w Loader

I have found a L3130 Tractor w Loader that looks very nice and only 550 hours. This is 8F8R Shuttle Transmission. The price is $12,500.00. Is this a fair price. I could not find out the year of it. The Serial No. is 49940.

Any help will be appreciated.

There is a good web site:tractorhouse.com. Go there and select tractors under 40 hp.; then the Kubotas! This will give you an idea of a fair- market price.

These tractors listed there are being sold on consignment nation wide, and pictures and hours are often included.
