My Kubota L3010 which has been great up until now, just begin to have a starting problem. The battery is good testing at 12.6 volts. When I turn the switch I would get one click then dash light would go out. Now turn the key and get no dash lights and no click from the starter.

Try jump starting it , even though the battery tests 12.6 amps it may still be bad or need charging . It is worth a try before going other routes .

How are you making out ? I was hoping someone with more knowledge than myself would have chimed in by now. It could be a solonoid , dead spot on starter . I have seen people tap the starter to try and get it to work , not sure how good that works .

I'm assuming that you cleaned the cables when you took out the battery to test it but make sure they are clean and tight on the other end as well. A bad ground could cause this.
