Price Check L2800 vs. B3030 Pricing

with all factors being the same(that is, from the same dealer)does anyone know which is the more expensive tractor and by how much, the L2800 HST or the B3030. also, what should the difference be between an L2800 HST and L2800 gear. thanks

I would think the L2800 should be quite a bit less money. I am not sure what the HST would add to the price over gear.

The B3030 is the more costly one. It has been several months when I was comparing them and when I asked about price it was significant.
I chose the L2800 for loader height and seating area, being cheaper was just icing on the cake /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
I wasn't interested in a gear model so I never priced them.

List price difference between L2800HST and L2800DT is about $1600.
List price difference between L2800HST and B3030 is also $1600.

I gave 13,100 for L2800 gear w/fel and canopy. Texas price. do your homework on the internet.

google aldermans kubota, shows list prices (THANKS ALDERMANS) for tractors and major attachments. from my recent shopping/buying (in Tx) anything over 15% off on tractor and 10% off attachments, as a package, is a good deal. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I just purchased the B3030 hst with fel, 6ft 3pt finish mower and 5ft box blade. I paid 19500.00 in kansas. I also compared the L2800 and thought the features of the B3030 justified the price for me. The independent pto is very nice since you don't have to stop and clutch in order to turn on and off. The position controll on the 3pt is also very nice.
Either way I definantly would get the hst over gear. Doing fel work with the hst is so much easier.
