l2650 PTO

Tractordata shows that the L2650 pto is independent. Is that accurate. I looked at a 93 model and the PTO stopped when the clutch was pressed. Maybe I don't understand what independent means.

Just clutch stops everything behind it as I understand but your pto can still be independent. You just do not need the clutch to engage or disengage.
