kubota zd21 will not start

hi i am new here ,have a on going prob with a kubota zd21 will not start for over a year i was putting a battery charger on it to start it,it has a new battery just got a new starter it still does not start ,just clicks i thought the prob was abd brushes in the starter but nope ,new starter an same thing ,now it will not start even with a battery charger on.any ideas will be very helpfull

Currey, your going to need a voltmeter to trouble shoot this any further. Do you have one ?

Check the sensor in your seat. Mine on my zg222 broke
