Kubota SVL75 float switch

I just purchased a used Kubota SVL75 with about 100 hours on it. the float switch button on my right hand works intermittently. It has come on and worked a few times but doesn't work the majority of the time. is it user error? do I need to have the bucket in a certain position or something? If its broken any other ideas of a fuse or something I can check?

any help would be appreciated.

You pull the trigger on the right joystick as you push the stick forward.

Pull the trigger on the right while you are pushing the stick forward. Takes a little practice.
