HELP !!!

Tractor will run for about 1/2 hour and then shuts off ~ then starts back up runs about 5 seconds and shuts off ~ if let set it will run again for another 1/2 hour and shut off again

I'm not familiar with that tractor, but the symptoms are consistent with fuel restriction. Plugged filter(s)? plugged fuel line? trash in tank/lines?
If you take the first fuel filter off, does fuel run out of the line?

Haven't taken any fuel lines off yet ~ but did empty the water separator cylinder and when we started it up again it filled to the empty cylinder line

bad wire causing the pump shut off to activate?

defective ignition switch?

If all else fails, check the vent on the fuel cap.
