Have looked at this tractor for use on small farm of 34 acres. Currently have older JD. Is the Kubota L3400DT a good option? Any Virginia dealer recommended?
In Rockfish Valley, Afton. Rolling hills to bottom fields, 40% woodland with stream. Tractor is used for mowing, garden cultivation and clean-up in wooded areas.
I live in Lynchburg and our 50 acres are in Pedlar Mills. Very hilly terrian. We have a L4300DT that we bought over the L3000DT because of the flat platform. I pull a 6' rotary cutter with it no problem. I haven't looked at the L3400DT but I heard it was a great addition to the line.
I'm sure I would be pleased with the L3400DT and we may have went that way if they had them last year when we got the L4300DT. I love this tractor and haven't looked back.
