Kubota L225

Tractor started running ruff. When I start it and take off for about 30 yards then it tries to die. I have to feather the throttle to keep it running. Then it clears up for about another 30 yards and it start all over again to keep it running. I think my problem started when I bought diesel at a Walmart gas station. Is there an additive I can add to the fuel to maybe clear this up?

I have a 1976 L225DT. I had the same problem. I changed the fuel filter and air filter and cleaned out the fuel lines then bled the entire system and she fires right up now and has full power. Gotta perform regular maintenance on these hard working tractors.
