Kubota L1802

Posting for a buddy, he has a KUBOTA L1802, the three point lift started getting slower, so he changed the hydraulic filter and now it wont work at all, does the line have to be bled after it has been opened and if so how and where is this done, thanks for any info

Not usually. Crack loose the pressure line at the pump.
