hi all,anyone got any ideas why the 3pl will not raise when activated although the fel works quiet fine,any help would be grateful,regards

This sounds like either a sheared pin on the handle to control lever or something under the top cover has come loose.

Be sure when you turn the position control lever that the rod it is supposed to rotate does. If no rortation on the rod, then you can replace the pin and it should now work.
