Hi,
I have the same problem as listed on line. The alternator has 15 V across the terminals at idle. The instrument panel has the no electrical charge light on. The battery is not charging, but the battery does recharge with an external battery charger. Can you tell me where the regulator is? Is the rectifier in the regulator unit, or located somewhere else?.

I think the voltage regulator is located behind the screen upper left side behind steering wheel if seated on tractor.
Go to the Kubota site or Coleman Equip and look at the parts breakdown to see a clearer picture of it.

The wiring diagram shows both the wires from the fan dynamo (alternator) going in to the regulator. I would expect the inverter to be within the regulator unit.The wiring diagram shows a separate unit called "change AC generator", which I presume does the inversion of the AC from the dynamo to DC. If the "change AC generator" is a separate unit, where is it located?
