Kubota G1800 AWS considerations

Hi. I need a mower for close to the house. We really don't want a Zero Turn. I've had a Deere SST16 Spin steer that we have liked but they certainly have issues.

I found a Kubota G1800 4 Wheel Steer that looks like it would do the job. A diesel mower for way south of $2000 (if it were a ZTR it would be over $5k).

Any one have experience with these? Any caveats? Any PDF manuals?
