Kubota Fuel Gauge

The fuel gauge on my Kubota M6800 quit working. Fuses are OK and there is fuel in the tank. Any thoughts on what to check next?

Either circuit to the sender has been interupted, the sender has failed or the gauge itself. I usually unplug the wires to the sender and see what the gauge reads then hold them together to see if the needle swings the opposite direction. If there is no movement I assume the sender to be good and move on to the wiring or gauge of course after double checking that it isn't a fuse problem.
