Kubota Front Loader issues

Hi,
I have a 3010 kubota with 300hrs every since I got the machine the lift on the front loader has been weak. I can load a bucket of gravel or mulch and it takes all its got to lift it. I checked the rating on the bucket and it says 1900lbs. The tilt on the buckets is fine but the lifting is horrible. If anyone can help please I need the front loader working properly.

Hi Big Al, You probably have the LA481 loader which is rated at about 1000-1100 lbs. of lift. If you are trying to lift 1900lbs., you can't.
