i have been having trouble starting my Kubota b7800. if i keep working the forawd reverse pedal for the hydrostat i can get it started. is there a safty switch that can be adjusted and where is it located i don't see it around the pedal area

Bill I can't answer you question for sure but it really sounds like safety natural switch, I would follow linkage back to trans switch has to be somewhere, should be a two wire switch might be in trans housing. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Don't forget to check your seat switch. Seems like there's been a rash of seat switches going bad lately.

My B7800 has a switch located behind the pedal linkage. If you look underneath and find the pedal pivot(with a grease fitting on it) and follow linkage to the rear of the tractor you should find the switch. It is adjustable. B7800 linkage sticking is a common problem and if you search this forum you should find lots of info on it. Someone posted a good videao of it and if I can find the link I'll post it.
