Kubota B7100
Hi all! I just bought a very old Kubota B7100 with loader and rear weight. Unfortunately I don't think its 4WD or diff lock are working and the rear tyres are virtually bald. So I have a tractor without traction! If anyone can point me in the direction of checking the 4WD, diff lock problems or where best to source new/used rear tyres (I'm in the UK) that would be great! Jack it up and put it on blocks. Then you can try all the different configurations and see what works.

Thanks Egon. I'll check it out. I suspect it will confirm 4WD and diff lock don't work as it was failing to get over a bump on wet grass with one wheel turning and not getting grip due to baldness and the other wheels were not turning....I was pushing my foot on the diff lock pedal and moving the lower 4WD lever up and down with no effect.

With the four wheel drive check to see if the shaft to the front differential is turning. If it's not there may be worn splines on the shaft???

Thanks for the advice - I'll check it out. Any tips for the diff lock not engaging? Is this a common fault with older B7100s?
