Kubota b6200 Dt

I'm looking to buy a B6200DT, FEL, and Rototiller, it has 650 hours on it. They are asking $8,900.00 for it. I live in Oregon I'm not sure if that makes a difference? I like the Tractor, it's a little bit worn, but do you think the price is good.
