Kubota B6100 Clutch Adjustment

I have a B6100 Kubota. It is an older model and Im not quite sure of the year. It is a gear drive. The clutch very touchy. Every time I let off it jerks no matter how slow or fast I let off. The petal seems to be adjusted correctly. Does anyone know if I can adjust the sensitivity.

I have a service manual and I can send you a copy of the clutch related page if you PM me an email address. It says nothing about adjusting the sensitivity of the clutch. I suspect the face of the clutch plate may be rusty.
