I recently purchased a b3030/cab with a 72" belly mower, now with 30 hours. I call this my "Glorified Lawn Mower". It works very well except for a couple of things. The cab area is very noisy with rattles and vibrations. On some of the posts there is a complaint about steering wheel vibration. Mine does not, but everything else does! Also, is it normal to get a loud clanging noise when you change directions, especially from reverse to forward? I originally thought it was the mower bracket, but it does it with the mower in the up position. Finally, does anyone know of a seat upgrade for this model. A $20 seat on a 20k tractor isn't much.
I never heard any noise when changing directions. When the mower is down the gage wheels could make some noise but I wouldnt call it loud or clanging. I hope its nothing major. I currently have 61 hrs on my B3030.

I also have a new B3030 with cab. I have alot of noise coming from the hydro pedal. It sounds like something is vibrating and causing the loud vibration sounds. If I place alot of force on the hydro pedal and hold it to the floor, the noise goes away. If I let up on the hydro pedal just a little bit it, the noise will start. This noise is driving me crazy /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Is anyone else experience this noise?
I have not experienced some of the other vibrations and noise people have mentioned.
I was considering a B3030HSTC as a replacement for my L3010. I decided it is a little to small for me but the thing I really didn't like was the lousy seat. I guess it isn't just me /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
