Kubota B26 Brake issues

I recently bought a used 2015 Kubota B26TLB. I recently discovered that the left brake is not functional. The pedal goes all the way in and does not engage at all. See attached photo. The linkage and turn buckle to adjust are attached and the problem seems to be at the gear box. The right brake is fully functional. But, if I lock the brakes together they do not function well since the right brake does all the work.
Anybody have an idea as to what could be wrong?

If linkage from pedal to the rear axle case is intact, then problem exists within the axle case. Unless your handy with your hands tools, and relatively heavy components, should consider dealer for repair.
