Kubota B2400 3 point

I have a Kubota B2400 that was bought with a back hole on it I remove the bake hole to use a Burch hug but the 3 point wont lift it off the ground. it will go up and down when noting is attach to it.
also when it is up and I stand on it, it will go down it will not hold my weight.
can you help
