my m9000 ac compressor is not turning, when i put in some coolant it starts turning but when the can is empty it stops. please help im too hot!

Sounds like you have a bad leak. The compressor will not run with low pressure.
You will need to find the leak.
I am not that well versed in ac repair but after the leak is found youll probably need to pull a vacuum on it to remove the moisture and you may have to replace the dryer. Like I said not very knowledgable on ac.
If you do not have the equipment youll have to take it to be repaired.

Common misconception; AC doesn't cool so "add some gas". What comes in the can is liquid refrigerant not "coolant". If you do not understand thermodynamics and the refrigerant cycle and have the proper tools/equipment it is not a good DYI project. "Adding gas" can create other potentially expensive problems if the system is not under charged. A lot of systems today have a critical amount refrigerant charge that is measured in ounces. The +/- amount is very small. Even at HF; an equipment set is round $500 if you then know how o use it. Don't wast your money on a single stage vacuum pump as they will not get below the water evaporation point.

To properly diagnose an AC system or add refrigerant one needs manifold with both high & low pressure gauges with proper hoses/connectors. .Many tractor AC ""not cooling problems"" are created from dirty,stopped up cab filters,radiators,condensers &/or evaporators. From what I've read Kubota M9000 needs very clean AC system components to cool. I know the M4900 AC system I once owned required more cleaning to cool well than my M7040 that I now own.
