Korean tractor dilemma

I'm not sure this is an accurate statement. I believe Kubota sets the hydraulic pressure to keep people from lifting more than is safe.
Also with the right amount of ballast a Kubota will perform just as well as any other brand.
Buy once. Cry once.
The cylinders in the Kubota were smaller than those in my TYM. (Comparing similar models).

And the pressure Kubota uses is the same as pretty much everyone else. 2500 PSI, give or take 100 PSI.

I think its a bit unfair to lump all korean tractors into the same boat. I own a Kioti 25 hp compact but I am not a brand fanboy, I looked at all the big names I could see in person and compared specs, weight, price, ergonomics, build quality, parts/ dealer support among other aspects. I got WAY more tractor for my money from Kioti than JD, Kubota and even LS and I laughed at the build quality of some of them, the LS looked so cheap and not as heavily built as the Kioti. (they were next to each other on the lot, night and day difference) TYM/ Branson had some decent specs, price was ok but the dealer was far away and I didn't like the ergonomics and features. JD can shove it with their proprietary quick change BS and dismal lift capacity, Kubota was nice and looking at the castings, welds and general build quality it was not any better than I could see with the Kioti and it had less capacity, weighed less and was way more expensive. I refuse to pay a massive markup to get a "brand name" for some perceived reliability difference or status related to a brand. I know dealer support is big and locations vary per region but I would pass two Kioti dealers many miles before I get to a Kubota or JD dealer and I have had no issues getting parts for my Kioti. At the end of the day though, everyone's results will vary so you have to do what works best for your situation. I just know that if I had to do it again I would buy another Kioti in a heartbeat. Put 100 hours on mine in just over a year and besides a 24 hour stay at the dealer for an injection pump adjustment its been flawless. Luck of the draw I suppose.
I am not sure what ls units you were looking at. But from my own experiance ls and kioti are pretty much equal. The ls mt 226he i have is direct comparison to the kioti ck2620. The ls weighs about 400lbs more, loader lift is the same, kioti does lift a hair higher. The kiotis i had looked at all had surface rust coming through the paint on the castings.

I also see a some people bending Tym cylinders on the FB groups...

But I knew this before buying one and already found an alternative source of cylinders that aren't ruinously expensive if I DO have a problem (it's mostly a few specific actions which can be a problem on other vendors as well, but some of the Tym cylinders do appear perhaps a touch softer than some of the alternatives.. in some cases..

Comparing my Kioti to a neighbors LS, the LS is not as tough. Not even close, IMO. My Kioti has been used for everything from mowing, hogging, clearing brush and trees, spreading 25+tons of gravel, snow clearing, etc, etc with no problems.

And he had to send the LS in for leaky injectors already at less than 75hrs of mostly mowing, so..

You can't always go by just paper specs. Get your hands on a few different models and actually test them out.

Again depends what modles you are comparing

Do yourself a favor. Leave FB and don't go back.

Bent cylinders are almost exclusively due to misuse.

Compare LS lift height to competition. Usually 8-15 inches lower. That is why the lift height is better. It is not lifting as high.

Haha what? The lift hight for the mt 226 is identical to the kubota l2502. The kioti ck2620 is 2in high and the tym 2515 is about 8in higher. And yes the tym 2515 class of tractors are notorius for bending cylinders. Most likly due to trying to have the highest lift height and lift capacity while using the same sized rams as a unit rated for less weight.
