KL 120 & 130 loader issue FIX READY

It seems that Kioti is doing anything it can to avoid any non-factory
welding.

Non-factory welding= non-factory quality= hack job like Highbeam's loader.

Not just the fab work but some yahoo with a stick welder. While I am certain that there are very capable welders out there, I am not certain that the best guys work for tractor shops.

I should be sure to connect the dots and point out that your particular tractor dealer may have an excellent welder/fabricator on staff and he may be able to perform welding services equal or better to those done by the factory. That's not the case in my experience but you never know.

I was thinking that the fix being a bolt on repair, kioti should spring to send the Mechanic to the tractor for the repair. If it requires any type of travel they could get him a Hotel and buy him Supper and Breakfast at the local Hooters and if local just the Supper and Breakfast.

Kudos to NY Kioti and tractorhill for the info. Good job fellas. I think this is a good step, even though I'm not affected I've been feelin' for my Kioti brothers and sisters out there with the KLs. Like Island stated, as long as the cross member's connection to the loader arms is not in question I think this could work. I'd be willing to bet they tested this setup out with cost they're putting into replacement, even to those not cracked. Will be a little tougher checking those lines though... If I had the KL I wouldn't think twice about having the fix installed personally. But I understand those with fabrication experience considering their own fix too. A welded plate fix might be better with a competent fabricator, but I understand Kioti's reluctance to rely on outsourced repairs. Good luck fellas, I hope this puts the issue to bed for your sakes as well as Kiotis(yours first though).

Update.....
I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet. The update is on hold, bolts are apparently wrong on the first batch of kits kioti recieved. I was told it will be at least another week before the new bolts come in.

Good news....
It sounds like a extension is being planned beyond the original april date due to this setback.

The update is on hold, bolts are apparently wrong on the first batch of kits kioti recieved. I was told it will be at least another week before the new bolts come in.


Maybe they needed to use "longer" bolts. I hope they get this straightened out for you guys, that doesn't look like a fix at all to me.
