Kioti shuttle shift issues

I have a kioti ck25 that is having issues getting stuck in reverse. The local dealer wanted 6k to fix it so i tore into it my self. The synchro tabs on the shuttle shift shaft were broken and the brass synchro gears were worn out. I replaced the parts but it seems like the ring that shifts between forward, neutral and reverse moves too far and allows the little synchro tabs to pop out and it still gets stuck. Any ideas on how to fix this or does the shifter actually keep the ring from moving too far? I just dont want to put this back together and have issues. It was a lot of work getting it apart.

Hey ms1780, I'm having the same issue.
I have removed the shift cover and noticed the syncro keys popping out. I could also see the syncros were worn right out (the previous owner used it for snow removal biz - lots of back and forth -4 years).
First question - Did you solve your problem?
Second - I'm about to split the tractor to get the shuttle shift shaft out and see what else might be worn out. I'm thinking that the thrust washers are worn down and possibly the shift ring, but the manual I have doesn't give and specs on play/clearance or thickness of all the thrust washers.
The main gear shaft (gears 1-4) seems to shift ok so due to lack of specs. I'm going to try and measure all the clearances and play in that shaft and also inspect to see if the key pop out in those syncro rings. If they don't and I suspect they shouldn't be doing that, I will try and see if adding more thrust washers to reduce the clearances. Or maybe there are different thicknesses of washer to install?

It would be great if someone here had all the specs needed to repair the shuttle shaft.
