I have a problem with hydraulic pressure. I want to test the psi of the pump at the Auxiliary block on the Sid of the transmission. I need to rule out the pump or the Block itself. Is there a test port in that block?

I am not aware of a way to test pressure in the block itself. What issues are you experiencing?

Your block is missing the valve that changes flow to feed the loader. It has a plug where that is on mine. Yours must be a newer model than mine.

Thanks I had to call a big dealer then the one by me for help. They had to look it up. There is a port to check the pressure. I’m only getting 200-300 psi. There is no one that I can find that rebuilds these pump. Thank for your help

I replaced my pump several years ago. They made a upgrade pump that is 10 GPM. This was for the LK 3054 but I put it on my 2554 with no issues. It was a huge improvement over the 7 GPM one. I made a thread about it if you would like to read. Good luck.

Yes I read your post. I can’t remember why I didn’t do it. It could have been finding the pump. The one I put on it is pumping 200-300 hundred. The test port was 1/4 tapered British threads. What a pain finding that in town. The book tells you it’s 3/8. That’s not the only mistake in the book. Thanks

So I guess now this has been a ongoing problem. Did you check the flow rate of the pumps?

Yes molasses drips out of the bottle faster. The place I got the pump from is saying my fault it went out. Here we go. Did you buy a used one. Was it tested before you got it.

If the line with the yellow arrow comes from the output side of the pump, then the plug on the red circle should be a test port to get readings straight from the pump.

Hard to be 100% sure without a schematic.

Those lines feed the power steering. There have been a few guys need to take the priority valve apart and clean. That solved their problem on pressure but it sounds like something else in this case.

So if I understand correctly, you replace the pump for the same reason and it worked for some period of time? Now it is doing the same thing?

Yes I cleaned the two valves. Yes that Allen head plug is we’re Kioti finally told me to test from there

I wonder if you have a supply problem. I am guessing you changed filter? If the pump is not pumping some where around 7 GPM and it is new either the pump is not turning and there is a problem with the drive gear or a blockage somewhere on the suction side.

No one around here can bench test the pump. I did pull off the supply hose going to the loader for the flow test. T2567-76041 I have found this pump it’s like 2000. I paid 3000 for the tracker from a man down sizing

Yes filters are all new. I have no bubbles no foam coming back into the transmission indicating sucking air. All the cylinders on the louder have been repacked

You definitely have something going on but I do not think it is the pump. How did the old one go out? Did it gradually get weaker over time or did it stop work all at once?

I might have the gear drive that bolts to the injector pump. I will look and see if I can help.

When I got it it had a flat. The older guy lifter the front end with the loader that was the last time it ever could do that

Ok based off of that information I think you have a drive gear issue. Your old pump is probably ok so don’t throw it away. Lol
