Hey does anybody know the Fram or other equivalent oil filter for the 2017 K9?

Not sure what K9 is.
But a CK30 oil filter is a Wix 51381 or Napa 1381

Just used you Wix link and am going to give Wix 51381 a try.

P.S. I have a DK35 I purchased back 2005. Back then the DK series was bigger line of Kioti tractors. Seems like they had a renaming of their tractor lines since then. Anyway my DK35 has been a flawless performer for me and I ran it hard mowing steep fields of high grass, weeds and sometimes trees. Yikes! All the while pulling a 6' brush hog. If I could push it down the Kioti would cut it off. What a beast!

Generally if you take off the first Wix number you have a Napa number.
Should be a Napa 1381
My 2001 DK 35 also calls for the Napa 1381

I've had the same luck with my DK 35 since 2001.
It's been an excellent tractor

Wix 51334
Napa 1334
