Kioti CK20 Won't start after doing something by accident, help?

I don't know anything about Kioti tractors, but I know a lot about dead batteries. I have had many. It sounds like you are not getting any current, anywhere. (No lights, etc.). Put a voltmeter on the battery and see if it is charged (about 12.5 volts). If it is, check the cables and battery terminal clamps. Sounds like you have a bad connection, somewhere.

I have another thread on another section of the forum, and I believe I have found the issue to be a 60 amp fuse that is next to the starter, It appears to be bad, so I have the new part coming hopefully tonight and I will keep everybody posted! Thanks so much for the help!

I read earlier that the red wire melted onto the muffler, that's a direct short probably where the blown fuse came from..

I found the starter, and I hooked the red wire from my jeep battery directly to the starter, and it still didn't give any power or turn over.

Didnt hook up the neg to the jeep?

I believe on his other thread, he replaced the fuse and that fixed the problem.. I suspect the wire coming in contact with the hot muffler was the initial cause.

When you say "filled it with gas" (twice), you did mean diesel fuel, correct?

I'm with you. I was sitting saying to myself, "well there's your problem right there!"

Yes, but if he had, the starter would've turned :)
