Once I received all of the correct parts and the help of answered questions, I was able to finish assembling the Transmission on my tractor. While apart, I replaced the pump and main shafts, couplers, bearing and seals along with the o-rings. It was a big job for me. I put the tractor back together (3 sections). Yeah!!! Everything works.

Sounds like a good job! Changing some things not completely gone while you have access to them. That’s the only way

Hi, want to share any pics of you splitting that tractor and fixing the trans? I've got an '04 CK20H that just started leaking oil out of the trans, going to have to split it soon to fix. My tractor was in a fire and i think that's a part of why it's leaking, i fished some chunks of melted plastic out of the cavity under the trans, and looking up there with a scope i see more melted plastic. Worked great for a couple years after the fire and a simple refurb, but leaking now.

Amazing the tractor still worked after the fire. Are you in the US?

I bought a new CK20H for a friend (RIP) back in 2006, and he let the hired help use it. So it was trashed, and eventually stopped working. I tried to buy it as-is to repair, but no dice.

Great tractor. I want to see inside pix, too.

I'm in Oregon. Ours has none of the factory wiring or dash, but it's a mechanical diesel and needs very few circuits to run, charge the battery and do it's job. We use the loader for a hundred things and a 3 point mower and 3 point grader, we have bigger machinery but this little tractor is so handy it gets used all the time.
