KIOTI 1914 HYDROLIC PROBLEMS

i HAVE A 1914 SINCE 03 WITH 300 HRS MY BUCKET IS NOT WORKIN RIGHT IT STARTED IN THE WINTER IT DINT LIKE THE COLD ONCE IT WARMED UP IT WORKED NOW IT DOENT LIKE THE SUMMER ITHER LIFTING IT STAGELS EVEN WITH HIGH RPMS I HAVE AN ALLIED 95/195 LOADER ONE HOSE I REPLACED I THINK I MIGHT A MEST THE HOSES UP BY NOT PUTING THEM IN THE WRIGHT ORDER. ALSO I DONT NOW WERE THE HYDRAULIC PUMP IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT OR IN THE MITLE BY THE DRIVERS SEAT. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH HYDAULICS AND IDONT NOE WERE TO START

What exactly is not working
Is it the bucket not curling or is it the bucket not lifting?
Or is it both?

Does your three point hitch work?

Do other functions work? like bucket curls and three point hitch works under load? How about power steering (do you have power steering)?

If other hydraulic functions are working just not the up and down of bucket then unlikely it is the pump.

Do you have down pressure on the bucket just not lift?

If you replaced only one hose how did you get them out of order? Or did you have to take the others off to get to it? If that is the case I bet someone here has a 1914 manual and can tell you the hose order. If they are out of order that is definatly your problem. I think you could just start swapping them around until the loader respons to the controls like it did before the hose change...I don't think you will hurt anything.

Also, I did a quick search and apparently your slow hydraulic problem is common to the 1914 due to pump size:

thats exactly what happent i ordered a manual i got to work beter beter and they told me to put a presure gage on to see if the pump is still in good shape or it needs replacing the kioti dealer near me want 650.00 the kioti dealer in ky 350.00 for a new pump all i now those fitings get expenseve fast thank for the help
