We ask for donations from trail users but that typically doesn't amount to much. Suppose I could post the GoFundMe site here.... We applied for a 20,000 grant this fall for the trails and got nothing. What does that make us?

We do have a Facebook page under Boundary Road trails.

We have a blizzard warning for tomorrow for about 48 hours. Time to eat cookies.

My daughter is coming up from Florida, is trying to make it before the storm hits Thursday evening. I told the to bring their fur lined snuggies 'cause it's gonna be cold.

Yep. Our's from Pittsburgh came a day early. The one's from Oklahoma are in St. Louis about 10 minutes ago. Driving all night. Should be here by 5:00am so should miss or at least skirt it as it comes into Chicago.

Probably just another day up in Michigan UP.

Same here, my daughter left work early and came yesterday. It’s 9:00 am here in Western Illinois and the storms getting wound up. 21mph winds, windchill -16 and snowing.

We are getting dumped on here in the Kewee and I'm off work to clear it and roll our ski trails. I will get some photos to be posted tonight. You guys are free to start a new thread about something else.

I'm just waiting to see how much of the 16" - 24" forecast you actually get by Sunday.

Its coming down here guys.. I rolled down about 8" today and NOAA says it will keep falling with around 25" predicted in the next 24 hours.

Like much of the Midwest, little snow and wind happening here today. The larger buildings are City of Houghton Public Works.

At the shop today to get the 6x6 back. We needed it at home The bank in front of the door was about 4ft tall.
