well i got my 2wd 2500 model mule home today, drove it around the yard a little before i dissasembled the front hubs which needed new spindles and hubs, but luckly i have that pretty much taken care of after a few hours on the lathe and some new bearings. if i bought the parts from kawasaki i woulda spent over 500 bucks but i have made up some nice spindles and rebored the damaged hubs so i should be back in bussiness soon once my seals and new wheel cylinder come in. my question is, when i drove it around a bit i noticed a slight smell off burning rubber, from the drive belt i would assume, is this common and i shouldnt worry or do i need to adjust something, i have a manual on order but it wont be here for a while so any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks again guys
