k- 45 koita tractor transmission problem

Hello. I have a k- 45 with a transmission problem. Pulls great in all gears with the exception of third and forth. Will not move from a stand still while in these gears. Just seems to slip does not do this in any other gears, reverse works perfecty and will move maxium load, only 240 hrs. since purchased new. What is wrong? Seems like a bad clutch would effect all gears, not just third and forth.
Need help on this one.

Will third and 4th work in low range? It is typical for a slipping clutch to be able to drive a tractor in lower gears, higher gears have more resistance to overcome to move. do you have a good inch or so of free travel on the clutch pedal?
