Today this thought popped in my head as I'm getting the woodstove ready for the next fire. I dipped the damp paper towel into some ash and cleaned up the door glass in a jif. I don't know if it is the most important thing I've learned on TBN, but one of most clever things I use. Thank you to those who posted it. I grew up around tractors built in the 40's. So when it was time to learn about more modern equipment, I came and learned and am thankful for the forum. I get lots of good thoughts and things out of the Rural Living forum. I try to give back where I can.

So why are you are here? Or is there a tidbit that you've gleaned from the forum that stands out?

Some days I learn, some days I can help others learn, some days I fail at both, but as they say you can learn a lot from a dummy. But everyday I try to be upbeat and positive. I hope I succeed more days than I fail. Kind words are never out of style.
