Just playing to see how she acts unlimited in same wood I tested in with limited coil. 3/8 8T

Pushing hard in cuts testing. Was able to pull down couple times.

Precision saw service NY cnc 2511 muffler V2 showed up this evening.
$49

Also comes with spark screen for those worried about that.

I think she really flow compared to the other cnc muffler being offered.

Getting ready to test a oem stock muffler, clone muffler, egan pipe, pps V2, wcs ones.

Prob have the wcs one next week to throw in the test.

Also in thread in my group. The PSS V1 that was made before the V2 by the NY member was 11mm ID to compare. So it was just hair bigger then clone ones.
Glad he made the V2 ones shown size above. Another guy in my group said he is doing 17mm on his ported ones.

Make sure you trim oem gasket. Heat shield I would imagine too. If the ext outlet is size of new muffler.

Straight from echo 2511 service manual for you folks trying to tune these clone 2511.
Most come fat rich.

I usually settle in 12's

Just to show. Grease catching the fines on my oem one.

If grease isnt there on ech and stihls fines will get by into throats of carbs.

Using both today.

My oem fits looser then my clones because I dont have a o-ring in it.

Glad I’m doing this for myself voluntarily and not have to be doing this in the heat.

Now to get little more time on the Farmertec G2511.

Tuning for the muffler testing some day and getting more smoker apple wood ready.

On the Echo saw, and many others there are limiter caps on the high and low carburetor screw's. These caps only allow so much adjustment to keep you within the EPA specifications. If you search removing carb limiter caps you would find a few videos, generally a fine treaded wood screw can gab the cap and if your in the correct position you can pull it off.

Got it. The pic of the open fuel cap threw me off. I get what you are saying about the carb limiter caps. There's a pretty good video about installing the Eagan pipe, removing the limiter caps, and readjusting the carb.

With your knowledge of chainsaws, it would be cool to see a video of you explaining how to tune a chainsaw.

I agree. I need to tune my Farmmer Pro saw. has had 6 tanks thru it.
