I haven't read all 2,488 posts, but in the 70s I had a Homelite Super EZ. I really liked that saw. Light and powerful back in the day.

I still love the sound of those old time Homelites. Newer saws remind of of 4 banger car sounds compared to big V8 sounds. Not that I want to go back to old time saws for cutting, but they are nice to listen to. As is my 496 ci V8 🤣

I think the old Poulan 5200 and Dolmar 166 sounds like a old school car with big cam.

Man wish I has some of those 60's cars I had now. Man what a list I could make of the missing one.

Pic after cutting them out of a barn that went down on them from 100mph straight line winds.

Friend north of me that runs a chain sharping business for the whole united states.

Came up with something he thinks is better for his CBN wheels and his 7-8 very expensive Franzen sharpeners he uses in his business.

Being never tested on a diamond wheel I offered to be the guinea pig.

Doing my 2 stihl carbide chains today.

Note to self clean USG more often. I had to chisel the crap off to get to nut to loose to make change for carbide. :ROFLMAO: 🤦‍♂️

But I can see a shop would charge more doing sharpening on a carbide chain.
It is time consuming.

Besides the Egan pipe.

I think I am going to also try the version 2 of a cnc muffler of a guy in my group from NY.

He showed me video's and it appears to respond like the Egan pipe one does. Big time gains

Just not impressed from wcs mufflers for these. Ya better then stock but how much better then just modded oem muffler.

Try and attach weird format video I was sent by maker of above muffler.

I can open to see. In small trim wood and bigger log buried.

Cant figure it out here. Attached in my group but not here.
