I talked to the collector that owns the race 090 now too. He said just a modified HR on it.You would think a 088 carb would fuel that a lot better than a tillitosn HL carb.
Hell, I have that carb on a McCulloch super 250 and I think it fails to keep up.
How are they supplying enough fuel for that volume of cylinder?
You do know the carbs are not stock on real racesaws I hope. Nothing stock about the carbs.
Heck even son's kart carbs wasnt stock. Amazing how much you can get from them inside and stay looking stock on out side.
Mine were done so flow wasnt a problem if even on the big cc saws.
