Here's what one frame would look like. The two plates between the upright tubes connect to the 4 bolt holes you posted pictures of. The rear plates bolted to the rear axles.

Nice! That痴 an excellent perspective!

Looks like the rear Mount utilizes both the drag bar frame holes as well as fender mounts under the axle.
That痴 a good lead.

The center support structure is tricky. Looks like I壇 up need to remove the front driveshaft to install that. I was laying under there staring at it all trying to wrap my head around how I can utilize the empty bolt holes under the trans as well the 4 on each side I pictures, while still making it removable.
This setup looks like once it痴 on, it痴 on. Not that I知 opposed to that.
I appreciate the picture!

I壇 love to see how the rear axle reinforcement bar is attached to the rear!
I got the center mount for the towers built, but still havnt decided on how to handle the rear.

Here's the photo again that I linked to in your other thread.

And here's a photo showing the front end of those bars. (I originally posted this to illustrate the 'old man step' that I added.)

Your setup is the best I can come up with. Utilizing the draw bar mounting point.
My plan was to build a plate that goes between the dig case and draw bar bracket and through bolt it using longer bolts.

What I don稚 quite understand is why a simple 1/2 bar oriented vertical is sufficient to 1) support the loader and transferring the force to the rear axle and 2) vertically support the machine in its entirety while carrying a load at capacity in the bucket.

I知 going to step that up to either heavy gauge angle iron, or 2x4x3/16 tube.

I do like the 登ld man step and might see if I can sneak that in too :)

I agree, that old man step is nice, I wouldn't mind having that on my 2210d as well. It would make getting on and off a lot easier.

First time I noticed this post. This is mine on my 240D. Looks like yours has a way heavier bucket.IMG_1688.jpeg

This bucket has been modified. They added a different cutting edge that extends up the sides a bit, and added some tube across the top to reinforce it. They have hooks on the back so I suspect they were lifting things with it.

Can you snap a picture of how that read support bar connects at the rear end?

Yours is the first I致e seen that exactly matches mine!

I知 cutting those dang tabs off the front diagonal bars. I don稚 see any use for them.

I got home late today. I'll get some pics tomorrow for you. As a description, the round bar ends with a flat piece that is bolted thru below the axle housing that also has the sway chain links. I also just went back and took a closer look at your pics. Your mount is a lot more heavy duty than what mine is. I think you are on the right track and will end up being way better built than the factory setup.
