John Deere Hay Cutter

Is there an advantage of a John Deere 935 Rotary Cutter with Flail Beater over the standard sickle cutter with drum roller/crimper? I am looking for a cutter and have run across the JD 935. Will the Rotary/Flail wrok well since I will be cutting coastal grass only?
